Training
Today’s young professionals represent the skills of the company of tomorrow and also the future of Switzerland as a workplace. As one of the largest industrial concerns in the Zürcher Oberland, it is our responsibility to ensure the upcoming generation are properly qualified. We have been training young professionals – mainly from the local region – in various occupations since 1965. We offer all applicants a chance to obtain sound professional training with Ferag AG, regardless of their schooling.
In Hinwil, apprentices make up more than 10 percent of the total workforce. They are supervised by full-time instructors in our own training workshops.
