Log forming

The MultiLog log stacker is designed for highly industrialised processes across a broad spectrum of formats and substrates. MultiLog processes 50,000 (1:1 mode), 100,000 (2:1-mode) or 120,000 (3:1-mode) folded sections in page-counts between 16 and 144 and grammatures between 45 and 80 g/m2. A loose log structure prevents loop formation in the case of rotagravure signatures, and also allows thin products to be processed in commercial web offset. As an option, MultiLog can be equipped with robot technology for automatic palletising.
